Nimbus Consulting provides support to plan the evolution of CMS’s major data systems. Nimbus Consulting provides expertise to create and design a conceptual and technical vision for CMS’s new data infrastructures and systems. This work supports Office of Technology (OTS) to fully engage the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) and other OTS Groups as a proactive technology planning partner and aligns the needs of CMS’s business owner constituents.
Nimbus Consulting provides expert professional services and impartial advice to CMS in developing a set of enterprise standards and engineering approaches for forward-looking technical architecture. We help CMS address transition challenges in creating enterprise reference architecture patterns and approaches to architect and engineer a robust Shared Services model through in-depth requirements analysis and requirements engineering. We assess the CMS Application Architectures; define the requirements for and support the development of CMS’ Transformation strategy. We support the Technical Review Board (TRB) and provide the needed governance to support the shifts occurring in the overall delivery and administration of healthcare (e.g., HITECH, Affordable Care Act & The Medicare Access & CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA)).

New York City – Human Resources Administration
Nimbus Consulting is playing a key role in the overall design and development of Paperless Office System (POS) for the New York City Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS). We provide our software development expertise in a continuous improvement of the application to develop and enhance the client application.
